Welcome to Aura AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aura AI mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Aura AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
Aura AI is a mobile application that provides trading automation tools, strategy building, performance tracking, and related services for traders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aura AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Some features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or making a payment, you agree to:
Aura AI App is a VPS, not a robot. Your payment grants access to the Aura AI mobile app and associated VPS hosting — it does not include a robot licence key. Robot licence keys must be purchased separately from an authorised mentor provider. By completing payment, you acknowledge that no robot licence is supplied with the app and that you are responsible for obtaining one externally if you wish to connect a trading robot.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with Aura AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

No refund once app access has been granted: If you already have access to the Aura AI App (your membership is active and VPS / app access has been issued), we generally cannot provide a refund, because payment is solely for access to the app and hosting — not for a robot licence. Once that access has been delivered, the purchase is normally considered fulfilled.
Exception — app not working: If you can provide valid proof that the Aura AI App does not work for any reason (for example: screenshots, screen recordings, error logs, or other evidence we can verify), you may still request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We will review your case and, if the issue is confirmed on our side, process a refund to your original payment method.
Note: After 30 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. Refunds are only available for the initial purchase and not for subscription renewals.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Aura AI is a tool for trading automation and analysis. We do not provide financial advice, and the Service should not be considered as such. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and you should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
